Today I bring you vPatch, another great program by Levak. What vPatch does is it allows you to change your OS name, removing those crummy “Update now!” signs from the software, or, like at my school where it was mandatory to update to 3.2, allows you to (somewhat) fake the 3.2 update >:).

Today I bring you cx2cxc! This program allows you to change your CX calculators into a Chinese only CX-C model, which contains a Pinyin to English (or your language of choice) dictionary!
Simply download cx2cxc and run it. Next, send over the dictionary file, which is a .tcc or .tco file.
Today I present to you mViewer! This application allows you to view .bmp and .png files on your calculator! In full color if you own a CX calc.
To use mViewer, first make sure ndless is installed. Next, create a folder that it will go in. Then, convert pictures, .gif files, .doc files, etc, into either .png or .bmp and add them to the folder. Run mViewer, and view your images!
In the Ti Nspire, a folder called MyLib is available at the beginning of usage with the calculator. This folder contains programs which can be accessed through the documents inside this folder, making it a program library. (Duh :P)
You can also write your own programs and add them to the MyLib folder! Some basic programs for MyLib can be found here. After adding a program to the MyLib folder be sure to refresh your libraries, which can be done with:
[Doc] + 6 or [Menu] + B
If the program is set to LibPub it can be accessed via the catalog, which is that little book-like button below [Del] If it is set to LibPriv then you can access it by typing in a calculator page (or scratchpad):
“Document name”\”program/function name”
So if your document is called Chemistry and your program called Balance it would be:

As some of you may know already, Lua is an available coding language on the Ti Nspire calculators with OS’s 3.1 or greater. Also, the most recent update of the student/teacher software now has a built in Lua editor! If you don’t have the student software or if you aren’t next to your computer, you can use OCLua or LuaCS to edit right on the calculator! Creds to ExtendeD for OCLua and Yatto, I believe, for LuaCS. Definitely look at these if you are interested in the Lua function.
Along with great program helpers, there are games that come with this package! Many can be found here at ticalc.org or here (a few that aren’t on ticalc.org are here). Many thanks to all the great programmers contributing to these.
Another program by Calc84Maniac, this time emulating the Game Boy or Game Boy color. It requires ndless 3.1, so make sure you’ve downloaded that. All gameboy and gameboy color roms will work with this emulator.
To use this emulator, you first require his gbc4[Calcversionhere].tns program. Next, you need ndless 3.1. Finally, you need a ROM to emulate. There are three versions, gbc4touch, gbc4click, and gbc4cx.
First, install ndless (:P). Second, make a folder called GBC Games, or whatever you want it called, and place gbc4cx inside (I have a CX CAS). I name mine agbc4cx so it will be at the top of the folder. Third, download a ROM for a Gameboy Color game and rename it to have the .tns extension at the end, for example: DonkeyKongCountry.gbc.tns. Now you can send it to the folder that gbc4cx is in.
Now, run gbc4cx and it will display all of the compatible ROMs in the folder it is in.

These two programs by Levak add some very useful functions to your ndless 3.1 calculator!
Keep some secrets on your inspire 😉 This app will allow you to set a password and will then lock your calculator until the password is reentered. By keeping in ndless\startup it will run each time on boot. To use it without the startup folder simply run the program.
A clock for your nspire. It keeps quite accurate time amazingly, and also adds a mini clock on the interface, not just in the app. Run the app for a full size clock and some settings and moar! (<—- reference to nClock)
